You Break Through

Qi is a great dental hygenist and is always able to answer the questions that I have!

I've been a patient at Arden Modern Dentistry for more than two years now and I've always received exceptional dental care; especially from Qi who retrained me on proper dental hygiene and helped make my gums healthy again; as well as friendly support from the assistants at the front desk. On 9/11/26 I was meeting with the periodontal team they partner with, Dr. Petrovska and her assistant Cindy, to discuss a challenging treatment plan to save an old implant. She was kind, thorough, and honest about what to expect. It did not sound pretty or painless, so I was feeling overwhelmed when I met Rody, the new operations manager, at the front office to coordinate next steps. He introduced himself in such a gracious, friendly way and walked me through next steps, but it was clear I was unable to make a decision at that point, so Rody gracefully pivoted to introducing me to the new dentist, Dr. Noor. Fast forward to today, 9/16, when I needed a quick visit to replace the old implant's abutment that fell out. Rody greeted me by name as soon as I walked in, noted that there might be a bit of a wait, and helped me book my next appointment with Dr. Petrovska all while keeping the mood light and friendly (hard thing to do when I'm thinking about dental surgery). Not a long wait, abutment replaced, mood lightened--an all around good visit. My sincere thanks to Rody and the whole team at Arden Modern Dentistry. I'm so glad I connected with this practice.
